Tempting and satisfying the palette of Carroll County’s most discriminating diners since 1992, Paradiso Ristorante is renowned for its authentic Italian dishes that celebrate the inherent flavors of fresh Italian ingredients.
Named in 2008 as one of America’s 1,000 Top Italian Restaurants by Zagat and Buonitalia, Paradiso offers a true taste of the Italian way of life—embracing family, living passionately, celebrating food.
Paradiso makes its home in a renovated historic brick building, commonly known as the Glass House, that was once part of the Sherwood Distillery in Westminster. Constructed during World War II to serve as a dryer house—an area for recovering cattle feed from the mash used in whiskey production—the Glass House became the new home for Paradiso Ristorante in the spring of 1998 after extensive repair and restoration.
The classic, elegant atmosphere was purposefully created and is carefully cultivated to enhance your enjoyment of each menu favorite and featured entrée special, which owner and chef Salvatore Romeo infuses with the passion of his Italian heritage.
